To submit a case for Small Claims simply complete our order form on our website. Select the appropriate order form: Medical Dental; Consumer ; Small Business/Commercial . You can also email us the credit application or NSF Check noting amount owed and date of purchase. To request pickup at your office, please email us (Click here).
If you have already filed your Small Claims case, please fill out our Process Service Only Form & upload your legal documents for process serving to be completed.
We will prepare all the necessary Small Claims documents
We will email the documents to you for signature, along with the superior court filing fee request and our billing. Please email us when checks and documents are ready for pickup.
We will file your Small Claims documents at the nearest civil superior court to your business location and email you the court date(s).
We will serve the Defendant(s) either at the home or business address, file Proof of Service with the superior court and email you a copy of the conformed Proof of Service.
After you receive Judgement, we will process legal proceedings by filing an Abstract of Judgement (Property Lien) on Defendant’s home, attach wages or attach their bank account with a Writ of Execution. If they are self employed, we will file an 8 Hour Keeper levy at their business. Go to our Enforcement of Judgement order form and fill in the required information (click here to proper order form link).
If the Defendant(s) enter into court ordered payments or if you went into mediation, please notify us if there is a default on this agreement. We will enforce your judgement on your behalf. Extra costs and fees will apply.
